On-site Cork Consultancy
Hire a cork specialist for your team
Our specialist comes to your premises for the period you choose. Bring your designers and production staff together for a working session, or have the specialist work alongside them as they develop your product.
Start with an idea, a sample or a part you want to improve. Drawing on years of experience with cork and cork composites, the specialist helps your team compare materials, weigh up CNC machining and moulding, and decide what to try next.

Designing with cork and other materials
Bring us a sketch, a photograph, an AI-generated image or simply an idea in words. We turn your references into a 3D model so you can review the shape and proportions before we prepare dimensioned technical drawings for prototyping.
We design the materials to work together. For a cork seat on a wooden base, we draw the joint. For a metal insert set into cork, we model the recess and specify the fit. Those details show how the parts will be made and assembled.
